1.1) ROTATIONAL MOULDING 
One of the most important application fields is the rotomoulding technology,
a very young and with extraordinary growth potential , which makes use of
plastic materials only in powder shape. The universally employed material
is today the polythene powder(mostly linear), used to produce large hand-made
for different applications, such as I.B.C., thanks for chemical industry,
agricultural silos, boats and surf boards, water tanks, road barriers and
signs, building tubes, etc.. Poliplast has developed a different kind of
polyethylene powder called "PLASTENE". The products are of different
MFI and density and they can be supplied natural or with coloured pigments
on request .
1.2) MASTERBATCHES AND COMPOUNDING
In these two fields there is a constantly growing demand for plastic powders.
In fact, it is necessary, in both the master and compound production, to
obtain high degrees of dispersion and homogeneization of the components
such as resins, pigments, additives. The technological evolution of the
blending and compounding plants, and the use of plastic powders with controlled
particle size, guarantee these results. The family of this kind of items,
includes a wide range of thermoplastic polymers both " commodity types"
and "specialities".
1.3) MOTOR FIELD
Poliplast is operating in this field from a long time.
The first items in powder made at the beginning were for these applications.
This kind of powder is suited to be smeared on the bottom of the hand-manufactured
inside the vehicle, to keep the wished shape and rigidity. We have at our
disposal different lines particularly equipped for the regeneration of the
rejected-material obtained from the production of the hand-made of this
fields.
1.4) THE ANALYSIS LABORATORY
specifically equipped for the analysis of powders ( particularly size, shape,
free flow, moisture content, meltindex), which guarantees the quality control
of all products.
